Payment And Insurance

Fees In order to keep costs down, we do not normally send accounts; all fees and other charges should be paid at the time of treatment unless by prior agreement with the veterinary surgeon. Payment Methods In order to facilitate payment we accept Access, Visa, Switch, and American Express as well as cash and cheques supported by a cheque guarantee card. Estimates We cannot always estimate the exact cost of treatment in advance but we will give you as much information as we can, even for minor procedures. Please ask us for an estimate as required. If treatment which was not originally planned is necessary we will do our best to keep you informed and seek your agreement before proceeding if it is possible to do so without risk to your pet. Pet Insurance for Veterinary Fees Veterinary fees will continue to rise as drug prices increase and our access to new technologies increases. We strongly advise insurance for your pets in order to ensure that our care for your pets does not involve decisions about the cost of treatment. We want to be able to do the very best for your pets without you having to count the cost. Please ask us for proposal forms .
