If you would like us to come and see your pet at home please ask whether it would be possible:

• house calls are quite expensive because of the amount of time it takes
• our examination and treatment may be limited by lack of access to our surgery facilities
• we can't always make house calls at short notice or outside normal hours
• emergency cases are always better dealt with at the surgery if possible

There are strict guidelines about providing medicines for your pets and we can only supply repeat prescriptions (medication or a written prescription) for animals which are genuinely 'under our care'.
In line with the code of practice on prescribing set out by our regulatory body, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, this means that we expect to check all patients on long term medication at least every six months. We don't run an online shop but if you would like to order pet food or products just let us know what you want – we will confirm the price to you and it will usually be available to collect from the surgery within 48 hours. Email us - info@archwayvets.co.uk
