Payment is expected at the time when you come to see us – we take most credit and
debit cards.
We can't always tell you the exact cost of treatment in advance but we will always do
our best to give you a realistic estimate of the cost and keep you as informed as we
can if treatment which wasn't originally planned becomes necessary – we’ll always try
to talk to you about treatment and costs unless delay would put your pet at risk.
Insurance
Modern drugs and veterinary facilities are expensive – we strongly recommend Pet
insurance so that we can do our best for your pets without causing you financial pain.
We try to keep costs down as much as possible but there’s no getting away from the
fact that proper medical care for your pets costs money.
High-tech equipment like MRI scans and the expertise of highly qualified specialists are
there for your pets if you need them but it's not cheap. Even basic antibiotics and other medicines can cost quite a lot, especially if you’ve got a big dog, so we thoroughly recommend pet insurance to help cover the costs of treatment.
There are lots of insurance companies and you should always check the small print
to make sure that the cover is suitable for your needs.
